This is the baked escargot.This is the first time i order this baked escargot.And i pray so hard because this baked escargot arrived.I scared it will be very weird because i never eat escargot before.But luckily it end up quite tasty. The escargot is very fresh and not that weird because they baked it with the cheese.The cheese taste is so strong and fully block the fishy taste of the escargot.Will order this again next time.
